Returns
- You can return footwear within 7 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original box/packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Exchanges (Size/Style)
- We understand size issues happen. You may request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Defective/Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos.
- We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
