Returns

  • You can return footwear within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original box/packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Exchanges (Size/Style)

  • We understand size issues happen. You may request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Defective/Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
